Adapter China Travel Advice – Do I Need One Here?

Adapter China Travel –The electricity in China is 220V, 50 cycles, AC. They use the two-pin sockets and some three-pin sockets.

Chinese hotels usually have a socket in the bathroom for both 110V and 220V. Most hotels will have built-in convectors in bathrooms for shaving and hair dryers.

For those traveling for the first time in China, you will require an adapter that can change the shape of the plug prongs of your electric appliances in your new apartments.

You also need an electrical voltage converter that will allow a normal 110-volt American appliance to take 220 Volt Chinese current.

Adapter Advice - It is advisable to take a Universal Adapter along with you, as these are difficult to find in China.

So, buy it in your country or shop online before coming to China.
