Beijing Airport to City - By Bus or By Taxi The cheapest way to get to the city centre is to take the airport shuttle (+86 10 6459 4375 / 6459 4376). There are several lines running to different locations throughout Beijing. Buses for each route leave every 10-30 minutes, and tickets cost RMB 16 (USD 2) for a one-way trip. Follow signs for the buses (Jichang Bushi) to find the bus-stops:

Beijing Airport to City Line 1 (to Fangzhuang): 1. Liangmaqiao; 2. Hujialou; 3. Dabeiyao (World Trade Centre); 4. Panjiayuan; 5. Shilihe (KingWing Hot Spring International Hotel); 6. Fangzhuang (Guiyou Shopping Mall) Runs from 6:00 - 19:30 (Airport to Fangzhuang) and 7:30-22:30 (Fangzhuang to Airport) Return stops are 6, 3, and the airport. Convenient for getting to the South East of the City. Beijing Airport to City Line 2 (to Xidan): 1. Sanyuanqiao; 2. Dongzhimen; 3. DongsishitiaoBridge; 4. Xidan(Civil AviationBuilding) Return stops are 4, 2, and the airport. Runs from 7:00 till the last flight (Airport to Xidan) and 5:30-21:00 (Xidan to Airport) Heads South-West. Beijing Airport to City Line 3 (to Beijing Railway Station): 1. Yuyang Hotel; 2. Dongdaqiao (bypassed after 22:30); 3. Chaoyangmen; 4. Yabaolu; 5. Beijing Railway Station Runs from 7:30 till the last flight (Airport to Beijing Railway Station) and 5:30 to 21:00 (Beijing Railway Station to Airport) The Beijing Railway Station stop is actually at the West Gate of the International Hotel (Guoji Fandian), across ChangAn Avenue. Return stops are 5, Dongzhimen, the Jingxin Building West Gate, and the airport. Convenient for the City Center, the South-East of the city, and Chaoyang, Chongwen, and Dongcheng districts. Beijing Airport to City Line 4 (to Gongzhufen): 1. China International Exhibition Centre; 2. Xibahe; 3. AnzhenBridge; 4. MadianBridge; 5. Beitaipingzhuang; 6. JimenBridge; 7. Friendship Hotel; 8. Beijing TV Station; 9. ZizhuBridge; 10. HangtianBridge; 11. Gongzhufen (Xinxing Hotel) Return stops are 11, 7, 5, 3, and the airport. Runs from 7:00 to 23:00 (Airport to Gongzhufen) and 5:30 to 21:00 (Gongzhufen to Airport) Convenient for the North and North-West of the City, and Haidian district. Beijing Airport to City Line 5 (to Zhongguancun): 1. Wangjing (Huajiadi); 2. Xiaoying; 3. AisanGamesVillage (AnhuiBridge); 4. XueyuanBridge; 5. Zhongguancun Bridge (No. 4) Return stops are 5, Beijing Aeronautics University North Gate Beihuang Beimen), Huixin West Street (Huixin Xijie)/Anhui Building (Anhui Dasha), Huixin Dongjie (Huixin Dongjie)/SINOPEC (Zhongguo Shihua JItuan), and the airport. From 8:30 to 21:30 (Airport to Zhongguancun Bridge) and 6:00 to 19:30 (Zhongguancun Bridge to Airport) Convenient for the North of the City, particularly the university district within Haidian. Public bus #359 also runs from the airport to Dongzhimen, where you can catch subway 2 or 13, but this is not very fast or convenient. A number of youth hostels and luxury hotels run their own complimentary shuttle buses services - do ask if where you're staying has one. Note: The Beijing subway system should complete its spur to the airport in 2008.

Tips For Taking Taxi It will cost you nearly RMB 80 from the airport to Tiananmen (The center of Beijing), and most Beijing taxi drivers can speak simple English (Thanks the Olympics 2008)! How to pay taxi in Beijing? Price: RMB 2 per KM - While you take taxi, you may pay only 10 RMB in 3km. - You would pay according to above price table from the forth km. - Pay additional fee as 50% of price table from the 16h km. Pay Attention: 1. Please check price table attached inside window and drivers Service Supervisor Card; 2. You should pay the highway fee and the bridge building fee if need; 3. Please do not forget to ask for receipt and remember taxi license while taking taxi. When taking taxi at the Capital International Airport, please go to the taxi station to take the authorized taxi. Don’t forget to take away your belongings when get off the taxi.
