I started Online Dating back in 1999, and had my fair share of success. However, it may not be for everyone. So, today, I will post an article on the Advantages and Disadvantages of Beijing Online Dating.

After reading, you can decide whether it could be one of your avenues to reach your ultimate goal – Girls, Girls, Girls!

Advantages and Disadvantages of Beijing Online Dating

Beijing Online Dating Advantages:

1. Are you a shy guy? If you are, online dating is probably a good start for you compared to walking up to a complete stranger and speaking incoherent Chinese.

2. There are loads of Chinese girls online! The Chinese love the Net big time and thus, you have a pool of eager beavers waiting to have a meaningful chat with a Unique Foreigner (that’s YOU!).

Best of all, you can do it in the privacy of your room, wearing just your underwear! If you’re in Internet Cafe

please ignore the privacy clause!

3. With online dating, you can chat with anyone at your own convenience, whether it's early in the morning before work or late at night.

So, time is not a real barrier. However, from my personal experience, it is better chat with Chinese girls after 9 pm in the night. The girls tend to loosen up more and it’s easier to communicate with them.

And if they have a webcam attached, some Beijing girls can be really “open” and show you “stuff” that you have been dreaming of.

It happened to me and I was WOW! I leave the rest to your imagination.

4. If you are willing to pay some money (it’s a small sum for a great time!) for a paid service, you're more confident that the other person communicating is single and is interested in finding another single. In the real world, that's never the case.

5. The cost of paid service Online Dating is relatively cheap. The monthly cost of an online membership is probably cheaper than buying a woman a couple of drinks or taking a date out to a Western restaurant in Beijing.

6. With online dating and chat-room, you actually know someone before you finally go out on a date in the real world. And that makes the first date a lot less stressful.

7. If you start chatting with someone online and it just isn't clicking, it's much easier to stop the relationship than if you have to do it face to face. Trust me on that!

8. Best of all, it is easier to communicate in written English online with a Chinese girl than orally. The Chinese tend to write English better than speaking it.

And for that reason alone, all of you should try online dating in China!

Beijing Online Dating Disadvantages:

1. In the past, people were embarrassed to tell friends and families they're using an online dating service. However, I do not see that as a problem now. Even in China, especially in Beijing, it is very common and hip!

2. People don't always tell the truth online! Well, I guess that happens to dating in the real world as well. Hey, take a gamble and remember The Law of Averages! 

3. No physical contact! Hey, it’s the same in the real world in your first few dates. I see online dating as necessary foreplay to real world dating.

So, have fun and enjoy it! You will get to the physical intimacy very soon if you do well online.
